Jennifer Gonzalez is a Registered Social Worker in Ontario, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health and addiction challenges — a field she is deeply passionate about. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Waterloo and is trained in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed counselling. Jenny uses a compassionate, strengths-based approach and is also a fitness instructor who promotes movement as an important part of mental wellness and resilience. She is honoured to currently be supporting PSP in achieving their mental health goals.

Eva’s PhD research is focused on women’s leadership in policing in the Canadian context including the unique challenges and opportunities of working in gendered organizations. Her background working in the justice system has informed her research interests which include: mental health and wellness, correctional practice and criminological theory. Eva is an instructor and previous Chair of the Criminal Justice Program at Camosun College in Victoria, BC. As a certified group facilitator and instructor, Eva offers workshops for educators in post-secondary institutions and public safety organizations focusing on practical and theoretical aspects of criminology, justice and leadership.
