January 17th Webinar - Board/Commission Self-Evaluation Session With Ann Morgan & Amtul Siddiqui (Updated Link)
The objective of this webinar is to look at how police boards and commissions perform annual self-evaluations:
- What tools and templates do they use
- Who do they share the evaluation with when it is done
- What do they do with the information gathered
- What happens to any recommendations or suggestions for improvements
- How do you measure success
- What works, what doesn’t
- Why this is an important governance practice for all of our members
Participants will also be able to offer feedback and ask questions.
